💛 If Something’s Not Right

I want you to love your order! If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right. Just send an email to anderson@simplymina.store.  Include:

• Your order number

• A quick note about what happened

• A photo (if the item was damaged in shipping)

I’ll gladly replace or refund the item as needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because my products are handmade and often used for personal care, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. I hope you understand — this helps keep everything safe, fresh, and fair to all customers.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours (as long as it hasn’t shipped yet).
